Habitat Primarily lentic-littoral, especially around aquatic plants. Most Aeshnidae larvae are found at the edges of ponds/lakes or in marshes/bogs.
Feeding Information Stalks prey such as small fish or large larvae.
Water Quality Tolerance Somewhat sensitive.
